MN12 Performance Inc. Shifter Box Extension Kit for T5
and T45
Installing a T5 or a T45 from a Mustang in any 1989-1997
MN12 chassis has always been a problem. The transmission length was too
short and placed the shifter under the radio controls thus preventing such
a swap until now. MN12 Performance Inc. has designed a bolt-on shifter
extension box that will fit any T5 (3.8L & 5.0L) or T45 (4.6L only)
transmission tailhousing. This bolt-on kit will allow M5R2, AOD & 4R70W
owners to convert to a T5 or T45 depending on your engine. The extension
box uses any T56 shifter (not included). Click
